Key Responsibilities for Student Advisor Jobs in Lusaka Provide prompt and accurate assistance to students regarding academic queries and concerns Monitor and follow up on monthly student payment schedules Offer guidance and support to enhance students’ overall experience at the university Qualifications and Skills Required Full Grade 12 Certificate is mandatory Diploma in Business Administration; a degree qualification is an advantage Strong communication and persuasion skills, essential for student engagement Proficiency in Microsoft Excel to manage student records and reports Experience in sales or customer service is beneficial Demonstrated honesty, reliability, and self-motivation Application Details This opportunity is based in Lusaka, Zambia.
