We are a leading agricultural inputs and veterinary medicines supplier, dedicated to supporting farmers and agribusinesses with high-quality products. As part of our growth, we are looking for a motivated Storekeeper Intern to join our warehouse and inventory management team.
Role Summary
The Storekeeper Intern will assist in managing daily stock operations, ensuring proper receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods while maintaining accurate records in line with company procedures and health & safety guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in receiving and inspecting goods against purchase orders and delivery notes.
Help update stock records using inventory systems and stock cards.
Organize stock in designated areas following the First-Expired-First-Out (FEFO) principle.
Support in preparing and dispatching orders to customers or branches.
Participate in weekly and monthly stock counts, reporting any variances.
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and orderliness in the warehouse.
Support warehouse staff in daily operational tasks.
Qualifications & Skills
Diploma or Degree (or currently studying) in Procurement, Logistics, Supply Chain, Warehouse Management, or related field.
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel knowledge an advantage).
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
Commitment to safety and integrity.
