Job description

Internship Opportunity: Stock Controller Intern (Finished Goods)

Equip Garment Factory is looking for a Stock Controller Intern to support the management and control of finished garments within our production and storage areas.

This internship is not a paid position, however transport support will be provided. We strongly encourage applications from candidates who live near the factory to make commuting easier.

Preferred applicants:

Individuals residing around 2nd Street, Ibex Hill, or nearby areas are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Record and monitor all finished garments entering and leaving the stock room.
  • Maintain accurate stock records and inventory lists.
  • Assist with counting, sorting, and organizing finished goods.
  • Support the preparation of stock reports and updates for management.
  • Ensure garments are properly labeled, packed, and stored.
  • Assist during stock audits and inventory checks.
  • Coordinate with the production and sales teams regarding stock availability.
  • Maintain cleanliness and order in the finished goods storage area.

Requirements

  • Currently studying or recently completed studies in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Basic knowledge of inventory or stock management.
  • Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Excel or basic spreadsheets.
  • Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented.
  • Must be reliable and punctual.
