Qualifications and Experience Required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
- Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Zambia (NMCZ)
- At least 5 years of experience as a General Nurse
- Minimum 3 years of experience working as a Specialized Nurse
Key Competencies and Skills
- Proficient in assessing patient conditions and making informed clinical decisions
- Strong knowledge of pharmacology, medication dosages, and safe administration protocols
- Excellent communication, emotional intelligence, and teamwork abilities
