As a Social Safeguards Officer, you will play a critical role in assessing and managing the social impacts of our projects. Key Responsibilities

• Address community concerns, grievances, and conflicts with professionalism and sensitivity.
• Ensure strict adherence to social safeguard standards and ethical labor practices.
• Support resettlement planning and livelihood restoration initiatives when applicable.
• Prepare comprehensive social safeguard reports and maintain accurate documentation.

Candidate Profile and Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Development Studies, Social Work, Human Geography, Sociology, Anthropology, or a related social science discipline.
• At least five years of relevant professional experience in social impact assessments and community engagement.
• Demonstrated understanding of social safeguard frameworks and policies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse communities and stakeholders.
• Strong report writing and documentation capabilities.
