*Job Title:* Social Media Manager for retail company
*Job Overview:*
As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring the company’s social media strategy.
*Key Responsibilities:*
1. *Strategy Development:*
– Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the company’s marketing and business objectives.
2. *Content Creation:*
– Create and curate engaging and relevant content (text, images, videos, infographics, etc.) for social media posts. Preference is given to someone who has done a course in graphics design.
3. *Analytics and Reporting:*
– Track and analyse key performance metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, conversion rates).
4. *Paid Advertising:*
– Develop and manage paid Facebook social media advertising campaigns.

*Qualifications:*
– Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
– Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
– Strong understanding of social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content.
– Experience with graphic design and video editing tools is a plus.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
