Job description

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy Development:
Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the company’s marketing and business objectives.
Content Creation:
Create and curate engaging and relevant content (text, images, videos, infographics, etc.) for social media posts. Preference is given to someone who has done a course in graphic design.
Analytics and Reporting:
Track and analyse key performance metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, conversion rates).
Paid Advertising:
Develop and manage paid Facebook social media advertising campaigns.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content.
Experience with graphic design and video editing tools is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
