Job description

East Horizons Investments Limited is seeking qualified professionals to fill the role of Various Positions. The ideal candidate should possess at least 3 years of work experience in various roles within a construction environment on a long-term Contract.

1. SITE FOREMAN – 1

Requirements

1. Diploma in Civil Engineering

2. 3-4 years proven work experience in construction site supervision

3. Strong leadership and communication skills

4. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings

5. Knowledge of health and safety standards

2. CARPENTER- 2

Requirements

1.Minimum of grade 12 certificate and relevant trade certificate with 3 years working experience

2. Install walls, floors, ceilings, form work and roofs

3. Shape or cut materials to specified measurements, using hand tools, machines, or power saws.

4. Take measurements and calculate the size and amount of material needed 5. Must be experienced with storey building form work and other outdoor works

3. BRICKLAYER – 4

Requirements

1. Minimum of grade 12 certificate and relevant trade certificate with 3 years working experience

2. Proven Experience in bricklaying, block work and plastering

3. Ability to read and follow construction instructions and drawings

4. Knowledge of construction safety practices

5. Minimum of 3 years relevant experience.

4. GENERAL WORKERS – 10

Requirements

1. Minimum of grade 12 certificate and 1 years working experience

2. Knowledge of construction safety practices
