Shop Keepers (x3) – Depot Management

Goldenlay Agri Limited, the largest producer, supplier, and distributor of table eggs in Zambia, invites applications from suitably qualified candidates to fill the position of Shop Keepers (x3) to manage sales depots.

Key Responsibilities

Complete management of a sales depot
Accounting for stocks, sales, and supervising mobile sales personnel
Daily banking and reconciliation of stocks with sales
Ordering and receiving stock
Ensuring safe and secure stock stacking in line with FIFO principles
Managing daily stock sales to achieve set sales targets
Conducting morning and evening stock takes and reconciling with receipts and sales
Operating a Point of Sale (PoS) system
Safeguarding company assets and property

Qualifications

Full Grade 12 Certificate
Certificate in Sales and Marketing
Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
Minimum of 4 years’ work experience with a clean record
Mature and responsible individual (preferably aged 25 years and above)
Proven record of achieving sales targets
Ability to use a smartphone
