Job description
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting the Sales Coordinator in opening and getting the shop ready for customers
Restocking depleted or low shop items and ensuring that the sales floor is organized according to established guidelines.
Assisting customers in locating desired shop items.
Addressing and resolving customers’ complaints in a professional manner.
Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of store items to provide advice and recommendations as needed.
Informing customers of shop promotions to encourage purchases.
Ensure appropriate business registration documents and proof of affiliation to relevant professional bodies are displayed.
Qualifications and Experience
Diploma in Agriculture and animal Science
Must be registered with Zambia Veterinary Council
At least have 1 year experience in Retail
Strong sales ability, business acumen, and commercial awareness.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Strong leadership abilities.
Good time management, strategic planning, and organizational skills.
