JOB OFFER: SERVICE CENTRE COORDINATOR

TM Lubricants Zambia Limited is seeking ONE energetic, proactive, and result-oriented individual to fill the position of SERVICE CENTRE COORDINATOR to be based in Lusaka.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure the Service Centre targets are met i.e. Volume and Margin
Manage the service center staff – administration.
Manage Service Centre Outlook (Cleanliness and standard set up)
Stock Management – Accuracy and re-ordering
Sales management
Visit customers regularly and assess the suitability of lubricants being used. Advise better lubricants where possible.
Monitor daily deposits and undertake verification of sales daily and share deposit report daily
Business Development

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree (Preferably in Business related field or Engineering ).
Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales. FMCG industry will be an added advantage.
Excellent presentation and communication skills with proven persuasive power.
Must have a valid driver’s license with at least 2 years driving experience.
First-rate computer skills, telephone etiquette, and work ethic.
Proven ability to work under pressure on strict deadlines.
Self-motivated individual with strong business acumen, good time management, and task prioritization skills.
