Service Center Technician

Job description

What you would be expected to do:

Diagnose faults in returned products (e.g., solar systems, appliances, electronics)
Perform repairs and maintenance as per manufacturer specifications.
Conduct functional and quality tests after repairs.
Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and time taken.
Liaise with customer service teams on repair statuses and technical issues.
Ensure proper documentation for warranty and non-warranty repairs.
Maintain cleanliness and order in the service center.

Comply with safety and operational procedures.

You might be a strong candidate if you:

Technical diploma or certificate in electronics, electrical engineering, or a related field.
Hands-on experience with product repairs and diagnostics.
Ability to read technical manuals and schematics.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with tools and test equipment.
Basic computer literacy for data entry and reporting.
