About Us:
Riverbird Technology Partners is a leader in renewable energy solutions, committed to empowering communities with sustainable energy. We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Solar Installation Trainer to join our team and help shape the next generation of solar energy professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs on solar installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Conduct hands-on workshops, including system design, wiring, and panel mounting.
Stay updated on industry standards and integrate them into training modules.
Mentor trainees and provide guidance during practical projects and industry attachments.
Evaluate trainee performance through tests, assignments, and practical assessments.

Qualifications:

Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in solar energy system installation and maintenance.
Certification in Photovoltaics [Mandatory Requirement]
Strong teaching and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and engage learners.
Proficiency in solar system design and monitoring tools.
