Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the construction sector (residential, commercial, industrial).
• Lead, mentor, and support the sales team to improve performance and achieve targets.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, architects, and project managers.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and strategies to management.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and project terms with clients and partners.
• Represent the company in industry events, trade fairs, and networking activities.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and lead generation strategies.
• Ensure excellent customer service and follow up on client satisfaction.
Requirements:
•Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience inconstruction sales, real estate, or a related field.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a team effectively.
Goal-driven with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
