About the Senior Retail Shops Operations Manager Role As a Senior Retail Shops Operations Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple retail shops, ensuring exceptional customer service and operational efficiency. Your role will involve managing teams, resolving operational challenges, and supporting the expansion of new retail outlets across Lusaka. Key Responsibilities Supervise shop operations to maintain high standards of customer service and operational excellence. Address and resolve operational problems promptly while maintaining discipline within teams. Gather and act on client feedback to improve shop performance and customer satisfaction. Coordinate the setup and outfitting of new retail locations. Execute tasks and directives assigned by senior management. Required Qualifications and Experience Minimum of three years’ experience in a management role within retail operations or a related sector. Demonstrable success in team leadership and project management. Must be over 25 years of age with a mature and responsible approach to work. Excellent communication skills, capable of clear and effective interaction. Ability to independently solve problems and manage tasks without supervision. Possession of own transport is advantageous but not essential; frequent travel within Lusaka is required, with transport costs reimbursed.
