Senior Manager – Procurement and Logistics

The role is responsible for the strategic leadership and technical execution of highly complex procurement, logistics, and supply chain functions within a regulated, asset-intensive operating environment.

Key Technical Scope

End-to-end management of international procurement portfolios covering CAPEX, OEM-managed spares, long-lead-time materials, and specialised industrial equipment.
Oversight of cross-border logistics, including Incoterms® 2020, customs valuation, bonded warehousing, duty optimisation, and multi-modal freight planning.
Development of advanced sourcing strategies, supplier risk models, contract governance frameworks, and performance-based SLAs.
Integration of procurement and logistics functions with ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA or equivalent), including MRP, inventory optimisation, and spend analytics.
Leadership of complex contract negotiations and compliance with statutory, governance, and audit requirements.

Minimum Requirements

Master’s degree in supply chain management, Procurement or Commerce.
Full professional certification (MCIPS Level 6 / CSCP / CPSM – mandatory).
Minimum 12–15 years’ senior-level experience in complex, international, and project-driven supply chains.
Proven expertise in international trade regulations, procurement law, and high-value commercial contracts.
Prior experience in remote or infrastructure-constrained operations is essential.
