About the Senior Maintenance Carpenter Role

As the Senior Maintenance Carpenter, you will take on a hands-on leadership position responsible for the comprehensive upkeep of the hotel’s facilities. Your expertise will ensure that guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas remain in excellent condition, supporting a seamless guest experience. You will also play a key role in supervising the maintenance team and liaising with external contractors to deliver timely and effective maintenance solutions.

Key Responsibilities for Senior Maintenance Carpenter Jobs in Livingstone

• Develop and communicate maintenance improvement plans and preventative maintenance schedules to the Operations Manager.
• Oversee all maintenance activities across the hotel, including guest rooms, public areas, and staff facilities.
