SENIOR LABOUR LAWS ANALYST

Are you a Zambian National with vast experience in the HR Practice and expert in Labour laws? if you are, check requirements below and apply now:
1. Masters Degree in HR or Law
2. Fellow or Full member of Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management
3. Minimum of 8 years experience in HR/Labour laws practice
4. Must be available to start work on 02nd March 2026
5. Gender – ANY
6. A must understanding and interpretation of the below Zambian Labour laws in general:
– The employment Code Act No. 3 of 2019
– SI No. 48 of 2020
– The Industrial & Labour Relations Act including its Current Statutory Instruments
– Workers Compensations Act
– The Factory’s Act
– The Minimum Wages and Conditions Act
– The Pensions Act
– Occupational health ACT No. 16 of 2025
