Job Title: Security Systems Technician

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Security Systems Technician to join our team in Lusaka. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in the installation, maintenance, and servicing of security systems, including alarm systems, CCTV, and access control solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Installation, testing, and commissioning of alarm systems, CCTV cameras, and access control systems.
Troubleshooting and resolving issues with security equipment.
Conducting regular maintenance and servicing of existing systems.
Ensuring all installations are carried out in compliance with company standards and safety regulations.
Providing technical support to clients and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Grade 12 Certificate with 5 credits or better in Mathematics and English
Diploma in Electrical and Electronics or in any related field
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in the installation and maintenance of alarm systems, CCTV, and access control systems.
Strong technical knowledge of security systems and their components.
Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively and efficiently.
Good understanding of safety standards and regulations related to security installations.
Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel to various job sites.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
