Job Summary:

We are seeking experienced and vigilant Security Supervisors responsible for overseeing security personnel and ensuring safety protocols are effectively implemented across our client sites in Zambia.

Key Responsibilities: 

– Supervise and coordinate security staff activities on assigned sites.  

– Ensure compliance with security policies, procedures, and safety regulations.  

– Conduct regular patrols and inspections to maintain high security standards.  

– Handle security incidents and report accordingly.  

– Train and mentor security personnel.  

– Maintain detailed logs and incident reports.  

– Liaise with clients and law enforcement when necessary.

Requirements:

– Proven experience in security supervision or management.  

– Strong leadership and communication skills.  

– Knowledge of security systems and emergency procedures.  

– Ability to work under pressure and handle difficult situations calmly.  

– Valid motor bike licence

– Familiarity with local laws and security practices in Zambia.
