Job description

Sun King Zambia Limited hereby invites suitably qualified and experienced security companies to submit proposals for the provision of security services at its retail shops located in the following regions:

• Northern
• Central
• Luapula
• Lusaka
• Copperbelt

Scope of Services

The selected security company will be required to provide:

• One (1) security guard per shop for night shift coverage
• Protection of company property and assets
• Incident monitoring and reporting.
• Proper coordination and communication with Sun King management

Minimum Requirements

Eligible security companies must meet the following criteria:

• Minimum of 2 years proven experience in providing security services to reputable organizations
• Must have a physical, fully operational office in each region being applied for
• Valid company registration and all relevant operating licenses
• Compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements
• Capacity to deploy trained, vetted, and uniformed security personnel
• Proven ability to manage multi-site operations across regions

Submission Requirements

Bidders must include:

• Company profile
• Evidence of past and current contracts (with references)
• Copies of registration and compliance certificates
• Physical office addresses for each region applied for
• Detailed financial proposal (Monthly cost per guard)
• Deployment and supervision plan

Important Notice

Each security company is permitted to submit a proposal for only one (1) region. Multiple region submissions by the same company will not be considered.
