Job description

We are seeking dedicated and vigilant Security Guards to join our team, ensuring the safety and security of different premises who will be responsible for monitoring activities, preventing unauthorized access, and responding to any incidents in a calm and professional manner. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, able to follow protocols precisely, and possess strong communication skills. Previous experience in security is preferred

Requirements

Physical ability to control access to company premises and respond to incidents.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Able to comply with safety rules and regulations.
Sober minded

Education/Qualification

Must be at least 21 years old
Physically and mentally fit
Minimum Grade 9 Certificate (Grade 12 is an advantage)
Prior security experience is an added advantage
No criminal record
Must provide 2 reachable references
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work shifts, including nights and weekends
