JOB OPPORTUNITY: SECURITY GUARDS

Position: Security Guard

Location: Lusaka, Zambia

Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Opportunity

We are seeking disciplined, reliable, and highly professional Security Guards to join our team. Preference will be given to candidates who have previously served in the military and were honorably discharged from service.

Key Responsibilities

• Protect company property, assets, employees, and visitors.
• Monitor and control access to company premises.
• Conduct regular security patrols and inspections.
• Respond promptly to security incidents and emergencies.
• Maintain security logs and incident reports.
• Enforce company security policies and procedures.
• Assist in investigations and incident management when required.

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements

• Former military personnel with an honorable discharge certificate.
• Minimum Grade 12 School Certificate.
• Valid National Registration Card (NRC).
• Proven security, military, or related experience.
• Physically fit and able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Strong observation, communication, and reporting skills.
• No criminal record.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.

Added Advantages

• Previous experience in private security services.
• First Aid certification.
• Firefighting or emergency response training.
• Defensive driving skills.
