Job Summary:

The Salon Branch Manager is responsible for managing salon operations, supervising staff, maintaining inventory, ensuring compliance with hygiene standards, and driving business growth through marketing and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise salon employees, including hairstylists, beauticians, and receptionists.
Scheduling: Create work schedules, ensuring adequate staffing during peak hours.
Customer Service: Address client concerns, resolve complaints, and maintain high service standards.
Inventory Control: Monitor and reorder salon supplies as needed.
Compliance: Ensure the salon meets cleanliness and hygiene standards required by law.
Marketing & Sales: Promote salon services, implement marketing strategies, and attract new customers.
Financial Oversight: Track expenses, manage budgets, and ensure profitability.
Operational Efficiency: Oversee daily salon functions, including appointment scheduling and equipment maintenance.

Qualifications & Skills:

Diploma in relevant field
2 to 3 years experience in salon management or a similar role.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Knowledge of beauty treatments, products, and industry trends.
Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage budgets and financial records.
