Supreme Refrigeration Limited is an emerging business located on Malambo Road, Lusaka, focused on refrigeration spare parts, including compressors and cooling components. The company is expanding and plans to offer complete cooling and refrigeration systems in the near future. We are looking for a motivated individual ready to develop their career alongside the company’s growth.

Role Overview: Sales & Technical Assistant

This full-time position requires a young, energetic, and responsible male to serve as a counter sales assistant. The role combines customer service, sales transactions, and basic technical support, providing a valuable hands-on experience in the refrigeration industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend to walk-in customers with professionalism and confidence
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate refrigeration spare parts
  • Process sales, issue accurate invoices, and handle payments including cash, card, and mobile money
  • Test products prior to sale when necessary and demonstrate basic product usage
  • Maintain organized records of sales and payments
  • Keep the sales counter and workspace clean and orderly
  • Assist with stock handling and perform basic inventory checks

Candidate Requirements

  • Fluent in English with good reading and writing skills
  • Strong numerical and calculation abilities
  • Basic computer literacy, including invoicing software
  • Experience or familiarity with smart invoicing systems
  • Basic technical knowledge of electrical and refrigeration systems
  • Honest, reliable, and trustworthy with strong communication and customer service skills
  • Eager to learn and grow professionally within the company

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in refrigeration, electrical, hardware, or spare parts retail
  • Basic understanding of compressors, cooling parts, or electrical components
