JOB VACANCY: SALES & SUPPORT OFFICER

Bikolinah Logistics is a fast-growing logistics and car hire company based in Lusaka. We are seeking a motivated, results-driven, and customer-focused individual to join our team in the position of Sales & Support Officer.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities.
Promote company services to corporate and individual clients.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and service agreements.
Provide frontline customer support and handle client inquiries.
Coordinate bookings and service delivery with operations and drivers.
Maintain accurate sales, client, and operational records.
Follow up on clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
At least 2 years’ experience in sales, customer service, or operations.
Experience in logistics or car hire will be an added advantage.

Required Skills

Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities.
Good organisational and multitasking skills.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
