Job description

Job Summary:

Keda Zambia Ceramics, a leading company in the ceramic industry, is seeking passionate and dynamic Sales Specialists to join our team. If you are driven, results-oriented, and eager to contribute to the growth of our business, we would love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Identify & Secure New Business: Prospect, negotiate, and close contracts with new clients and markets to drive business growth.
Sales Support: Assist the Sales Manager and Supervisor in implementing strategies, objectives, and targets to enhance sales performance.
Customer Relationship Management: Actively solicit orders from both new and existing customers, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Market Development: Expand Keda Zambia Ceramics’ presence in untapped markets, identifying growth opportunities.
Marketing Alignment: Support both internal and external marketing initiatives to strengthen brand presence and sales.
Problem Solving: Address customer issues promptly and resolve work-related challenges efficiently to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Ability to be mobile during working hours.

Relevant Skills and Attributes:

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Adaptability and resilience in a dynamic sales environment.
Attention to detail and analytical thinking.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Requirements:

1-3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the building materials or related industry.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to identify, develop, and manage new markets.
Problem-solving abilities to handle customer concerns effectively.
A results-driven approach with a strong focus on achieving sales targets.

Education:

A degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is required.
