Job description

Zimworx is looking for a motivated and personable Sales Setter to join our growing sales team. As the first point of contact for prospective clients, you’ll play a critical role in qualifying leads, gathering key information, and ensuring prospects are seamlessly passed to sales representatives. This is a perfect role for someone who is approachable, detail-oriented, and eager to support the sales process.

Promptly contact inbound leads during US corporate business hours.
Build rapport with prospects, creating a professional yet approachable experience.
Qualify leads by gathering essential information, including specialty, business history, interests, purchasing timeline, financial approach, and concerns.
Accurately document all interactions and information in the CRM.
Assign qualified leads to the appropriate sales representative based on specialty and priority.
Act as a bridge between marketing, sales reps, and prospective clients.
Maintain daily productivity metrics and follow established sales processes.
Present a professional, courteous, and enthusiastic demeanor consistently.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Broad understanding of sales processes and pipeline management.
Comfortable communicating with business owners, decision-makers, and professional clients.
Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with the sales team and leadership.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
Experience with CRM systems is preferred.
