Location: Lusaka (with field work)

We are seeking to recruit two experienced Sales Representatives to support the marketing and distribution of our Reliance Broiler Feed products. We are looking for self-driven individuals with proven experience in the animal feed industry.

Key Responsibilities

Promote and sell Reliance Broiler Feed products to existing and new clients

Develop and maintain strong relationships with farmers, agro-dealers, and bulk buyers

Achieve assigned sales targets and grow market share

Conduct regular field visits and client follow-ups

Provide basic technical support and product information to clients

Submit regular sales reports and visit schedules

Monitor market trends and competitor activities

Minimum Requirements

Proven sales experience with a reputable animal feed company (mandatory)

Strong knowledge of animal feed products, especially poultry and livestock feeds

Diploma or Degree in Animal Science, Agriculture, Sales & Marketing, or related field (added advantage)

2–3 years’ experience in animal feed sales

Excellent  communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsCommunications & Media Studies

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Willingness to work in the field and travel as required

Valid driver’s license
