Sales Representative & Marketing Officer

About
Tesno General Dealers Limited is a Zambian general trading and supply company based in Lusaka that deals in a variety of products and services, including building materials, electrical supplies, and general procurement. We participate in supply tenders and business contracts within Zambia.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify trends, and customer needs
- Actively identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities and clients
- Negotiate pricing of contracts, and business agreements with customers
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to grow the business
- Build, develop, and maintain strong professional and business networks to increase sales opportunities
- Any other duties assigned by supervisor or Management.
Skills & Qualifications
- Grade 12 Certificate (good grades in Mathematics & English)
- Diploma/Certificate in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (added advantage)
- Experience in sales and marketing (added advantage)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Customer-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Valid driver’s license is an added advantage.
