Role Overview

Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to drive customer acquisition, support account management, and promote our range of fiber internet solutions. You’ll play a pivotal role in growing our customer base, offering tailored solutions, and enhancing client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Promote and sell fiber internet services to individuals, SMEs, and corporate clients
Conduct client needs assessments to recommend suitable connectivity solutions
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers
Manage the sales pipeline, including lead generation, follow-ups, and closing deals
Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns and promotional activities
Provide accurate product information and support clients throughout the onboarding process
Keep abreast of market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Required Skills & Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, ICT, or related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the telecommunications or ISP sector
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Excellent interpersonal abilities and a customer-centric mindset
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales management software
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team
Fluent in English; local language skills are an added advantage
