Job Summary
We are looking for a Sales Representative to generate leads, build client relationships, and close deals. If you are a self-starter with a passion for real estate and a drive to succeed, lets talk!
Key Responsibilities:
Generate high-quality leads and convert prospects into clients
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agents, and stakeholders
Conduct property viewings and provide expert property advice
Negotiate sales and rentals agreements
Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activity
Requirements
Grade 12 certificate or higher; real estate certification a plus
Proven sales experience, or real estate background
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Strong networking and problem-solving abilities
Self-motivated and driven to meet sales targets
