Job description
Job Title: Sales Outbound Lead
Location: Zambia ( Onsite)
Employment Type: Full-time
About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Sales Outbound Lead with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets to accelerate our customer base through strategic outreach and effective conversion.
Key Responsibilities
Lead outbound prospecting efforts and generate new qualified business opportunities.
Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients through CRM tools and outreach campaigns.
Develop sales strategies aligned with Broadpay’s business banking products.
Manage and coach outbound sales representatives to meet individual and team targets.
Prepare sales forecasts and performance reports for management.
Ensure high conversion from lead generation to onboarding.
Represent Broadpay professionally during product demos and client meetings.
Requirements
4-6years of experience in B2B sales or lead generation.
Proven track record in outbound sales and managing a sales team.
Strong communication, negotiation, and CRM management skills.
Target-Driven, goal-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
