About the Role
Peza Job Zambia is recruiting on behalf of a reputable client in the FMCG distribution sector. The client deals in beverages, snacks, spices and other fast-moving consumer goods and is looking for experienced, results-oriented Sales Officers.
Salary
Gross salary: K5,000 per month.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow sales within Local Modern Trade (LMT) and General Trade (GT) channels
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Ensure product availability, visibility and effective merchandising in outlets
- Achieve assigned sales and distribution targets
- Collect market intelligence and customer feedback
- Prepare and submit sales reports as required
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license (mandatory)
- Minimum 2 years experience working for a distribution company, beverage company or FMCG manufacturer, specifically within GT and LMT sales
- Strong communication, negotiation and customer service skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven and able to work independently
- Must be based in Lusaka
