Entrust Stockfeed Limited is a proudly Zambian company specializing in the production of premium quality poultry, livestock and fish feed.

Position Details

• Position: Sales Officer X1 (Store Clerk)
• Locations: Chilanga – 1 and Kanakantapa – 1
• Reporting to: Sales and Marketing Manager
• Contract Type: Permanent and pensionable

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Attend to customers and provide product information and advice on feed products
• Process sales transactions and prepare customer invoices
• Receive and fulfill customer orders in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate records of sales and stock movements
• Prepare and submit daily sales and activity reports
• Follow up on customer inquiries and complaints
• Assist in monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages
• Ensure the store is clean, organized and customer-friendly

Minimum Qualifications

• Grade Twelve (12) School Certificate or General Certificate of Education Equivalent
• Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Agriculture, or a related field
• At least one year of experience in sales or customer service
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer skills and experience with invoicing systems
