Sales & Marketing Officer

Job description

The main objective of this role is to drive business growth by generating and converting leads, building relationships with potential clients, and promoting the company’s products or services. Ultimately, the objective is to maximize revenue while meeting the needs of customers and maintaining strong, lasting business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

1. Generating Leads: Identifying and reaching out to potential customers to create new business opportunities.

2. Sales Conversion: Turning leads into actual customers by effectively presenting, negotiating, and closing sales.

3. Building Relationships: Establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

4. Brand Awareness: Promoting the company’s brand, products and services to enhance visibility and reputation.

5. Customer Satisfaction: Understanding different customer needs and requirements.

6. Achieving Sales Targets: Meeting or exceeding sales quotas and performance metrics set by the company.

7. Customer Feedback: Gathering customer feedback and insights to help improve products, services, and the overall sales strategy.

8. Collaboration: Working closely with the entire team to align strategies and ensure the sales pitch is consistent with marketing campaigns.

9. Ensuring timely reporting in order to facilitate efficient decision making by management.

Minimum Requirements
(i) Diploma or better in Sales and Marketing or any business-related program.
(ii) 3 years of working experience in Sales & Marketing or related field.
(iii) Must have a Driver’s License class B or better with minimum 2 years driving experience.

Knowledge of credit policy/procedures and governance, and regulatory requirements related to Debt Recovery management.
