Job Summary
Promitto Limited Zambia is looking for a dynamic, results-driven, and highly motivated Sales & Marketing Officer to support business growth by generating leads, converting prospects, increasing brand visibility, and building strong client relationships.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting Promitto’s products and services, driving customer acquisition, managing marketing activities, and helping position the company as a trusted solution provider in the construction and property financing space.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to grow Promitto’s customer base
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through field marketing, referrals, partnerships, and digital channels
Generate and follow up on leads to convert prospects into clients
Promote Promitto’s construction financing and project management solutions to individuals, SMEs, developers, and property owners
Conduct client presentations, consultations, and site/field visits where necessary
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agents, contractors, suppliers, and strategic partners
Manage the company’s social media presence and support digital marketing campaigns
Create engaging marketing content including flyers, captions, campaign ideas, and promotional materials
Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities, trends, and customer needs
Prepare weekly and monthly sales/marketing performance reports
Represent the company professionally at activations, networking events, exhibitions, and client meetings
Support branding, awareness campaigns, and promotional initiatives that increase market visibility
Minimum Qualifications & Requirements
Grade 12 Certificate
Diploma or Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field
Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales, marketing, business development, or customer acquisition
Experience in real estate, construction, financial services, property, or project-based services will be an added advantage
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to meet sales targets and work independently
Good understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic marketing/content tools such as Canva
Strong presentation and client engagement skills
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented
Knowledge of Lusaka market dynamics and surrounding areas is an added advantage
