We are recruiting on behalf of Mighty Fin, a trailblazer in Zambia’s financial infrastructure, specializing in embedded finance, digital lending, collections infrastructure, and alternative credit systems.
This position targets professionals with proven execution experience in high-growth microfinance, fintech, lending, or digital financial services. The successful candidate will have a strong track record in scaling loan portfolios, leading high-performing field sales teams, and implementing customer acquisition strategies within regulated lending environments.
Key Responsibilities for Sales and Marketing Manager Jobs in Lusaka
Lead and execute nationwide customer acquisition strategies across payroll, SME, and mass-market lending segments
Develop and optimize sales funnels and embedded finance distribution channels to maximize reach and efficiency
Oversee regional sales teams, driving performance and productivity to meet ambitious growth targets
Establish and nurture strategic partnerships to expand ecosystem collaboration and market presence
Work closely with risk and collections departments to ensure sustainable portfolio quality and growth
Design scalable customer acquisition systems to support rapid business expansion
Required Skills and Experience
At least 5 years of experience in microfinance, fintech, banking, digital lending, or credit-led financial services
Proven leadership of high-performing field sales or branch acquisition teams
Demonstrated success in driving loan disbursement growth and meeting customer acquisition goals
In-depth knowledge of payroll lending, SME lending, and agent-based acquisition models
Experience working within collections-linked sales environments and embedded finance partnerships
Strong ability to scale loan portfolios while maintaining high portfolio quality standards
Proficient in managing key sales performance indicators such as disbursements, PAR, conversion rates, CAC, retention, and agent productivity
Established network within Zambian financial services, telecom, SME, or payroll ecosystems is advantageous
