Job description
A leading group of companies in Zambia is seeking a results-driven and strategic Sales & Marketing Group Head to lead its sales and marketing efforts across multiple business divisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth.
Oversee brand positioning, market research, and customer engagement initiatives.
Lead and manage sales teams across different business units to achieve targets.
Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions
Ensure strong customer relationships and high levels of client satisfaction.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
Minimum 8 years of senior sales and marketing experience, preferably in a multi-business environment.
Proven track record of driving sales growth and brand development.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to analyze market data and develop strategic business plans.
