Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales operations in Lusaka. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in the agricultural or animal nutrition sector and a passion for driving growth while building strong relationships with farmers and business partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to grow Supra’s market presence in Lusaka and surrounding areas.
Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Build strong relationships with farmers, distributors, and agri-business stakeholders.
Identify new business opportunities and market trends in the animal feed industry.
Oversee sales forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis.
Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to promote products and support customers.
Ensure excellent customer service and after-sales support.

Qualifications & Experience:

Degree in Sales & Marketing, Agriculture, Animal Science, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in sales management (experience in animal feed or agriculture is an added advantage).
Strong leadership and team-management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
Proven ability to meet sales targets and drive business growth.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
Valid practicing license and fully registered with either AIZ (Agricultural Institute of Zambia) organization or other related professional organizations.
