Job description
Job Title: Sales Management Trainee
Job Responsibilities:
- Support senior sales managers in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve regional targets.
- Analyze sales performance data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Assist in managing key accounts and building strong relationships with clients under supervision.
- Participate in sales forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting activities.
- Learn and apply sales management techniques, including coaching and performance evaluation processes.
Job Requirements:
- No Experience Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field required.
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in sales management; prior sales experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities.
