SALES GROWTH OFFICER (SGO) – INTERNSHIP – CHIPATA*

Kairos Cash Bay is looking for a passionate, energetic, and goal-oriented individual to join our team as an Intern-Sales Growth Officer (SGO ) based in ChIPATA.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual looking to gain hands-on experience in sales, customer engagement, leadership, and business growth within a fast-paced financial services environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supporting branch sales activities and target achievement

• Assisting in supervising and coordinating sales agents

• Conducting customer mobilization and field activations

• Ensuring proper product and process understanding among agents

• Supporting client onboarding and customer service activities

• Assisting with daily sales tracking and reporting

• Promoting company products and maintaining strong customer relationships

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Administration, or any related field

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment

• Energetic, self-motivated, and willing to learn

• Good teamwork and leadership potential

• Prior sales and field work experience is an added advantage

.• Been based in Chipata/Eastern province will be an added advantage
