Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in designated territories or product lines.
Promote and sell our wide range of furniture solutions to individuals, businesses, and institutions via digital platforms, calls, and virtual meetings.
Build and nurture strong client relationships, including interior designers, retailers, contractors, and resellers, with minimal in-person supervision.
Assess customer needs and offer tailored product recommendations and support throughout the sales cycle.
Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, with earnings directly linked to performance.
Collect and report valuable market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitor activity to support strategic decision-making.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales; experience in furniture, retail or interior design sectors is highly desirable
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently
Ability to understand customer needs and deliver tailored solutions.
Basic computer skills.
Basic proficiency in using online tools (email, WhatsApp, social media, video conferencing).
Minimum qualification: Grade 12, Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Sales and Marketing or related field also an added advantage
Remuneration:
Attractive commission structure based on sales performance.
