Job description
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
Ascertain customers’ needs and wants
Recommend to management any new product requirements
Welcome and greet customers
Manage point-of-sale processes
Actively involved in keeping customers informed of any changes
Keep up to date with product information
Accurately describe product features and benefits
Follow all companies policies and procedures
Prepare daily sales summary
Act as a point of contact between internal teams and external clients, and assist in ensuring smooth communication flow.
Qualifications and Experience
Diploma in marketing, sales or a related field
Experience in sales is required
Strong sales ability, business acumen, and commercial awareness.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Strong leadership abilities.
Good time management, strategic planning, and organizational skills.
