Position Summary

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales & Customer Relations Officer to grow our customer base, manage client relationships, and ensure excellent customer service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new sales opportunities for courier and logistics services
Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
Attend to customer inquiries, complaints, and service follow-ups professionally
Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales reports
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
Promote company services through calls, visits, and digital platforms
Plan and execute social media strategies across platforms
Create engaging content (graphics, captions, short videos, promotions, announcements).
Protect and enhance the MacSpeedy’s brand image online.
Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth service delivery
Maintain accurate customer and sales records

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum of Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales or customer service (logistics experience is an advantage)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Email)
Ability to work independently and meet targets
Professional appearance and customer-oriented attitude
Class B or above driving License and minimum 2 years driving experience.
