Sales Consultant

Job description

To act as a representative for Automn Village and negotiate the successful sale of the properties, shops and plots. To provide sound advice to potential buyers.

Conduct weekly client prospecting to identify potential clients.
Making arrangements for property sales pitch presentations, meeting potential clients to outline the benefits of acquiring property with Automn village .
Champion property awareness campaigns by conducting field visits to various clients and issue marketing communication materials.
Finding buyers in a position to proceed with purchase and willing to pay an acceptable price.
Making appointments and showing buyers around the properties.
Sending out details of new properties on the market trends and obtains competitor information.
Maintaining and ensuring that all clients’ details and credentials are well documented.
Following up on payments with existing clients.
Involved in house handover conducted by property management unit, sales unit and engineering unit as well as the client.
Preparing contracts for clients who acquire property, shops and plots.
Arrange for payment plan for client.
Undertaking any other related task that your superior may assign to you from time to time.
Updating clientele base with all contact, payments status.
Sales strategic planning.

Qualifications

i) Must be a Zambian citizen with a green NRC

ii) Holder of Diploma or Degree in sales and marketing, Business administration, or any related business related  fields

iii) Proven experience in sales, marketing, retail and fast-moving goods (FMG) on two years minimum.

iv) Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work

v) Proficient in MS Office

vi) Excellent written and verbal communication

vii) Charismatic personality

viii) Strong knowledge of market research and sales principals

ix) Experience with CRM software

x) Understanding of sales performance Metrics
