Sales Consultant

Job description

We are looking for an energetic, confident, and customer-oriented individual to join our growing team as a Sales Consultant in our showroom.

Age Requirement: 20–35 years

Location: Lusaka, Zambia

Core Duties;

* Welcome walk-in customers and professionally introduce vehicle features and advantages

* ⁠Arrange vehicle test drives and follow up sales leads until deal confirmation

* ⁠Make daily outbound calls to prospective customers and referrals from existing clients

* ⁠Manage daily social media activities, including posting content and responding to inbox messages on social media platforms

* ⁠Register customer information, update follow-up records, and maintain client files

* ⁠Assist supervisors with order submissions, vehicle preparation and handover ceremonies

* ⁠Maintain cleanliness of the showroom, display vehicles, and marketing materials

Qualifications & Requirements;

* Minimum of 3 years proven sales experience (automotive or related industry is an added advantage)

* ⁠Diploma in Marketing, Sales, or a related field

* ⁠Fluent spoken English with excellent communication and customer service skills

* ⁠Ability to confidently explain product features and selling points

* ⁠Skilled in smartphone and social media operations

* ⁠Must possess a valid Zambian driver’s license

* ⁠Presentable appearance and professional attitude.
