About the Sales Consultant Positions

These roles are available in two locations: one position in Mansa and one in Mufumbwe. The successful candidates will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and delivering excellent customer service while meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities for Sales Consultant Jobs in Mansa and Mufumbwe

• Market and promote the company’s financial products and services effectively.
• Identify, engage, and recruit new clients to grow the customer portfolio.
• Conduct thorough customer assessments and manage loan application processes with accuracy.
• Build and maintain long-term, positive relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Consistently achieve assigned sales and portfolio growth targets.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications and Experience Required

• Full Grade 12 School Certificate is mandatory.
• A Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or a related field is required.
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience working in the microfinance sector.
• Possession of a valid driver’s licence.
• Residency in Mansa for the Mansa position or Mufumbwe for the Mufumbwe position is essential.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and consistently meet or exceed targets.
