Job description
JOB DETAILS:
Are you a dynamic and results-driven sales professional looking to advance your career. We are looking for a Sales Consultant preferably familiar with Western province for our Mongu Branch to join our growing team.
• Key Responsibilities:
Actively promote and sell the company’s financial products and services.
Identify and engage potential clients to expand the customer base.
Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships.Assess client needs and offer suitable financial solutions.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the branch’s growth.
Maintain accurate sales records and prepare periodic reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in microfinance, insurance, or related sectors.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Self-motivated with a passion for sales and customer service.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Basic understanding of financial products and lending procedures is an added advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
Grade 12 certificate
Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Valid driver’s licence
Education Requirement: No Requirements
