Job description
Korridor is looking for a Sales Associate in Ndola to provide superior customer service, process orders, prepare customer correspondence, and support customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- National Senior Certificate
- Valid Driver's License and Passport
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales
- Previous experience in an inbound and outbound service center
- Experience in logistics and transport is advantageous
- Excellent communication skills
- Results-oriented with focus on achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Customer focus and relationship-building ability
- Strong problem-solving skills and teamwork
Duties
- Act as first point of contact for customer queries and orders
- Open and maintain customer accounts and profiles
- Liaise between Sales, Finance, IT and customers
- Resolve product or service problems and follow up
- Manage inbound customer calls
- Handle customer complaints and keep records of customer interactions
- Assist with orders, refunds, exchanges, Omnibus and FICA management
- Perform ad hoc duties as required
